Ich glaube schon ein wenig an das Konzept. Wenn man es gut publiziert, dann kann man schon einen kleinen Kundenkreis aufbauen. Nur Zejtnot hat es schon ziemlich aufn Punkt gebracht. Viele Männer, die gezielt in RU nach ner Frau suchen, die schauen mehr aufs Äußere. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn Ihr uns ein wenig auf dem Laufenden haltet.....so rein aus Neugierde.

I dont expect great profits, 500 - 800 Euro/Month would be okay for me. And i asked for advice of German men here because I want to deliver good services, and who knows the need of a man searching for a Russian wife better than he himself!

Also für 500 bis 800 Euro verdienst pro Monat mit so einer Agentur würde ich mich nicht rumärgern und der Ärger kommt garantiert früher oder später. Ansonsten hat es Zejtnot gut beschrieben, besonders was die Männer angeht 8)

Our costs: Website 400 Euro and 80 Euro/month for support. We make it through a freelance programmer in Novosibirsk =) So a bank loan is not needed.

Wenn die Website für nur 400-, € schlecht programmiert wird, werden die Wartungskosten danach oftmals umso größer.
Auch ist es mit der Website allein nicht getan. Wenn ihr euch rechtlich absichern wollt, wozu ich dringend rate, braucht ihr mindestens von einem auf Internet-Recht erfahrenen Rechtsanwalt Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen und eine Datenschutzerklärung. Auf keinen Fall einfach irgendwo kopieren!

Die gesamte Website sollte zudem vom Anwalt überprüft werden, um Abmahnungen etc. zu vermeiden. Denn in der Branche herrscht ein harter Konkurrenzkampf:

Hinzu kommen Gewerbeanmeldung, Finanzamt und mehr von diesem ungeliebten Papierkram. :(

Ugh...thank you so much again for your answers, they are very useful. I guess the company will be registered in Russia (i hope at least), registration and accounting procedure is much simpler there and the taxes are not so high (VAT 6%).

I sure will keep you informed and will give you a web link when the website is ready. it will be very simple - two info-blogs (Russian plus German) and two galleries. Of course it is not so easy, so many things must be taken into consideration but fortune favours the brave. We will see, who knows, maybe i will have luck, m?

Don't mix it up . VAT is 18% in Russia AFAIK!
The 6% what you are talking about, is the taxes, which you need to pay on incoming money in a OOO under with under 5mill RUR per year, if you choose that type of Tax-System(you can choose between 16% on Money what you have on Company Bank Account or 6% on incoming Money). These smaller OOO are running without NDS(VAT).

Silvio, thank you for your advise. Accountancy and all taxation and other procedures will be made in krasnojarsk by a professinal accountant, so i rely completely on her experience in this field.

A propos Traumfrau gesucht... Please correct me if im wrong but i think that the first task of any agnency is to protect its clients from such Walters and Elvises. You were right saying that there are so many costenlose websites why should we pay. My idea is that the agency gets its money for filtering such idiots and saving its clients nerves and time.

The other side of this business is that there are so many sick foreigners who are ready to pay and agencies use it. They know for sure that this man is unvermittelbar but they take his money invite him to russia and arrange dates with the ladies. The scheme is simple, the lady meets the naive idiot for a cup of coffee and then tells him that he is not the one. For this she gets money from the agency.
For many agencies it is acceptable, i see it as a betrug. My reputation and good name costs more than these 4-5 000 euro. But Every agency owner decides for himself and you can never know what happens there behind the clients backs...

You know, foreigners have a clear understanding of what they want. No children, foreign language, good looks. And they demand that an agency makes an anti scam check. Thats okay, because they pay.
Why dont agencies Check the men clients (except for USA)? I wish i could ask my clients to provide me with a copy of a shufa statement

I will not work with such men, thats all. And with problematic women as well. Or alternatively i will accept his profile but give him a clear picture of what he can get (for example as a harz iv empfanger like this unforgettable elvis) and i will sure warn my women clients about possible consequences if they choose to contact him. Honesty is the best policy. But at the end of the day its their choice and clients have the last word.

1st of all, foreign Mens should stop thinking about, that one could have a russian women "for free". Even Hartz 4 Guys, like this Elvis from RTL II Serial or Walter, the running "1 Man freak-show" . I doubt, that they ever find a true minded partner in the "Level" where they are searching
