Neue Vorwahlen für Moskau und Gebiet

Hallo
Ab 1. Dezember wird es neue Vorwahlen in Moskau und Moskauergebiet geben.
Aus 095 wird 495 und aus 096 wird 496.

Damit passen sie sich aber mal international an.
Weil eine 0 in der Vorwahl ist immer bloed.
in Deutschland ist es ja auch so
228 ist die Vorwahl von Bonn
National wählt man 0228
Bei Internationalengesprächen leitet man das mit 00 ein.
Und genau so wird es nun hier.
Nicht in Moskau wählst du dann 0495 und kommst nach Moskau oder halt 0496 je nachdem wo du in Moskau wohnst

Hallo, gilt das auch für andere Orte die eine Null in der Vorwahl haben, wie das gesamte Kaliningrader Gebiet mit 011xx ?

KAnn ich dir leider nicht sagen, würde nichts von geschrieben.
Würde mich aber wundern wenn man das jetzt nicht kpl machen würde.
Soll ja auch eine überganzzeit von 2 Monaten geben, wo beide vorwahlen gehen.

Beginning 1st December, the telephone code for Moscow will be changed
On 1st December 2005, the Moscow dialling code of 095 will be changed to 495, the Moscow Region code of 096 to 496, the Kursk Region code of 071 to 471. This was announced by the RF Ministry for Information Technologies and Communications.
According to a representative of the Ministry for Information Technologies and Communications, approval was granted on 3 August 2005 for order No 95 to have the assigned geographical-location-specific and non-specific dialling codes changed. A ministry source specified that to make it easier for the users both dialling code schemes will be valid between 1st December 2005 and 31st January 2006.
This move is designed to eliminate the 0 from the location-specific dialling codes to enable introduction of new arrangements for accessing intercity and international communications networks.
According to the spokesperson for the Ministry, the next step will be to replace the 8 and 8-10 intercity and international line access code sequence with 0 or 00. Moreover, the dialling for operators of non-location-specific networks will be substituted by location-specific dialling.
In addition to that, beginning 1st December 2005, changes will be introduced into dialling codes of 17 constituent territories of the Federation, including locations in the Central Federal District, as well as the Kaliningrad Region. This was announced today at a press conference by Vitaly Slizen, director of the department for the government IT and communications technology policy of the Ministry for Information Technology and Communications.
He said that the 0 prefix in the current codes for accessing intercity and international lines in the areas concerned will be replaced with 4.
The codes will be changed for the Belgorod, Bryansk, Vladimir, Voronezh, Ivanovo, Kaliningrad, Kaluga, Kostroma, Kursk, Lipetsk, Orlov, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tambov, Tver, Tula, and Yaroslavl regions. As reported earlier, the Moscow dialling code of 095 will be changed to 495, the Moscow Region code of 096 to 496.

Hallo
ab heute sind zum Teil Nummer 095 nicht mehr zu erreichen.
Die sind dann nur noch unter 495 zu bekommen.
Ging mir so mit Gesprächen aus Deutschland nach Russland .

Jaa, hab ich am 2.12. zuerst auch unter 095 versucht, weil ich eben gelesen hab, dass
beide Vorwahlen noch 2 Monate also bis 31. Januar 2006 gehen Naja..leider hat es unter 095 net geklappt

Dafuer ist meine Mutter am 02.12. von Deutschland aus noch nicht ueber die 495, sondern nur ueber die 'alte' 095 durchgekommen....
Obwohl das u.U. auch am deutschen call-by-call-Provider liegen kann...

Hallo, guten Abend,
ich rufe jeden Tag meine Frau in Moskau an, gestern ging es auch noch mit 095 8) Heute hab ichs noch nicht versucht, aber spaeter merke ich es dann.

die Anbieter von Call-by-call verlangen teilweise unterschiedliche Tarife, abhängig von alter und neuer Vorwahl., so z.B. 01015 und 010012.
Anscheinend wird 495 noch nicht immer als Vorwahl für Moskau erkannt, das ja häufig günstigere Tarife hat als Städte in der "Provinz".
