Frage zum Einladungsschreiben für eine Individualreise
Verfasst: 01 Aug 2006, 19:30
Hallo zusammen
Auf dem Formular steht: “this travel company has right of visa support (...) agreement with MFA (...)“.
July: Hello! How can I help you?
Roth Eric: hello. I plan to travel in russia for one month ? and i would like to travel with my friend from st.petersburg. I don?t know, what I must do, to get the right invitation. My friend contacted a russian travel agency. They sent me an invitation for one month ? but indicate only the cities St.Petersburg and Moscow to be visited. [/color]July: That is no problem, you will get your actual visa with no problem and you will be able to visit other cities too
Roth Eric: But today I called the russian embassy in Bern. They said, that I have to indicate all cities I would like to visit (or at least all cities where I would like to stay in a hotel). And it seems a little strange to me because in my actual invitation-sheet they indicate that I will stay in St.Petersburg for one month ?and that I will travel to Moskow?
Roth Eric: ...This indication, of course, is not true ? because I plan to travel around
July: Officially you have to list all cities you plan to visit, but normally that should be no problem if the city is not indicated in your invitation and you still travel there. You will have no problem with the registration of your visa either if you stay at hotels.
Roth Eric: Is it possible that police will control my itinerary? Or is it possible that I will have problems getting into or leaving the country? Do I need to make a registration in every city I stay? I?m sorry, I know I have a lot of questions
July: No, police will not control you. Neither will you have problems with entry and departure. You will have to register your visa in each city where you stay for more than 3 business days.
Roth Eric: Ok. So, if I understand you right, with my current invitation (?fake-hotel-reservation? in st.petersburg for one month and indicated itinerary only st.petersburg-moskau) I wont get any problems even if I plan to travel to Irkutsk. I only have to register in every city (when I stay longer than 3 days)?
July: Yes, that is right.
Roth Eric: Thank you very much. Last question: What do I have to tell the Russian embassy in Bern (I can say the trouth ? that I will travel around; or I can lie and indicate that I will stay in St.Petersburg for one monty and only make an excursion to Moscow
July: You will just have to say that you travel to Moscow and St.Petersburg without any details and purpose of your visit is tourism.
Roth Eric: Than I should try to get this visa! Thank you very, very much for your help!!! Before writing to you I really had no idea what to do?
July: You are welcome! Good luck!
Also, meine Fragen wären:
Eric
